Safety production meeting held in our factory Abstract: Lean production, safety first! Since the establishment of the plant, the company has always taken safety production as the primary principle of management.

On January 6, 2017, all employees of our company received safety education and training organized by the company. This training did not adopt publicity training. Most of the safety accidents were caused by safety awareness. A few of them were caused by equipment failure and protective equipment problems. The training process adopted a double combination method: case and measure, procedures and reason. The key points of safety prevention, such as abiding by safety rules and regulations, improving daily work safety awareness, were naturally and truly displayed.

The training was completed in four batches, and many old employees lamented that after working for so many years, it was true that many times they would unconsciously become insensitive to potential safety hazards and pay no attention to the safety regulations. This exchange injected a stream of clean water into the paralyzed ideas.
