Spring type accumulator:
Class A accumulator is simple in structure and sensitive in response; With small capacity, the pressure generated depends on the stiffness and compression of the spring. With noise, it is used for energy storage or buffering of small capacity and mortgage system under low cycle frequency. When used as a buffer, try to be close to the vibration source.
Non isolated accumulator:
This type of energy storage has large capacity, small inertia, sensitive response, small floor area, no mechanical wear, no mechanical wear; The gas is easy to mix into the oil, affecting the stability of the hydraulic system, and must be inflated frequently. It is good to use inert gas, but the cost is high; When air is used, oil is easy to be oxidized and deteriorated. It is applicable to medium and low circuit energy storage in large flow, and can also absorb pulsation. The maximum working pressure is MPa. Normally, nitrogen is charged. Never charge oxygen. The oil port shall be vertically installed downward to seal the gas on the upper part of the housing to avoid entering the pipeline.
Liquid sealed piston accumulator;
This type of accumulator is different from the ordinary piston accumulator in that it can prevent the gas in the air chamber from entering the hydraulic system, and it is not easy to produce hydraulic impact when the hydraulic oil is vented. It is used for energy storage, and the maximum working pressure of transmitted heterogeneous liquid is MPa. When the piston moves downward, the pressure in the air chamber will be lower than the pressure in the annular chamber under the piston after the protruding part seals the oil outlet, so the gas will not enter the hydraulic system.
Differential piston accumulator;
The difference between this type of accumulator and ordinary piston type accumulator is that it has two pistons, which can prevent air from seeping into oil, and can pass ordinary compressed air to increase the hydraulic working pressure several times. For energy storage, the maximum working pressure is 45MPa. Since the liquid pressure at the lower end of the piston is always greater than the gas pressure at the upper end, air will not enter the oil.
Straight through gasbag accumulator;
This type of accumulator has fast response, saves space, is easy to eliminate pulsation and reduce noise, and the maximum working pressure is 21MPa, which is not suitable for energy storage.
Box type accumulator;
The neck column part of this type of accumulator and the general rubber bag move together like a spring to form a dynamic vibration absorber, which has fast response, easy to absorb high-frequency pulsations and reduce system noise. The maximum working pressure is 21MPa, which is not suitable for energy storage.
In addition, there are metal bellows accumulators and piston diaphragm accumulators. The metal corrugated tube accumulator uses the metal corrugated tube to replace the air bag, which has good sensitivity, fast response and small capacity; It is used for energy storage, pulse absorption and noise reduction. The maximum working pressure is 21MPa. The piston diaphragm accumulator has the advantages of large capacity of the piston type and fast response of the diaphragm type, good processability, and a small amount of air leakage.
