The installation and maintenance of the safety relief device for steel seamless gas cylinders shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards, and shall meet the following requirements:

(1) No stop valve shall be installed between the safety relief device and the gas cylinder of the steel seamless gas cylinder, as well as the outlet side of the pressure relief device, and no other parts that hinder the normal operation of the device shall be installed;

(2) Before filling the steel seamless gas cylinder, carefully check whether the safety relief device has corrosion, damage or other external defects, whether the passage is blocked by sand, paint or dirt, whether the fusible plug is loose or comes out, and if there are problems that may cause the device to fail to operate normally, the gas cylinder shall not be filled:

(3) The safety valve on the gas cylinder shall be cleaned, inspected and calibrated regularly:

(4) The bursting disc device (or bursting disc) shall be replaced regularly (except for welded insulated gas cylinders and non refillable gas cylinders). The bursting disc device assembled in a complete set shall be replaced in a complete set. The service life of the bursting disc shall comply with relevant regulations or be determined by the manufacturer, but shall not be less than the periodic inspection cycle of the gas cylinder:

(5) Professional personnel shall replace the safety relief device of gas cylinder according to the provisions of corresponding standards. Scrap.
