Inspection before installation of accumulator:

The pre installation check cannot be ignored. Before installation, the accumulator shall be checked as follows: whether the product is the same as the selected specification, whether the charging valve is fastened, whether there is damage affecting the use caused by transportation, and whether the oil inlet of the oil inlet valve is blocked.

Basic requirements for accumulator installation:

The basic requirements for accumulator installation are as follows:

① The viscosity and operating temperature of the working medium of the accumulator shall be the same as those of the hydraulic system.

② The accumulator shall be installed at a place convenient for inspection and maintenance.

③ When it is used to absorb impact and pulsation, the accumulator shall be close to the vibration source and installed at the place where impact is likely to occur.

④ The installation position shall be far away from the heat source to prevent the system pressure from rising due to gas expansion.

⑤ The fixing shall be firm, but it is not allowed to be welded on the host, and it shall be firmly supported on the bracket or wall surface. When the diameter length ratio is too large, hoops should also be set for reinforcement.

⑥ In principle, the bladder accumulator should be installed vertically with the oil port downward. When it is installed obliquely or horizontally, the leather bag will contact the shell unilaterally due to buoyancy, which may hinder the normal telescopic movement, accelerate the damage of the leather bag, and reduce the skill of the accumulator. Therefore, inclined or horizontal installation method is generally not adopted. There are no special installation requirements for diaphragm accumulators, which can be installed vertically, obliquely or horizontally with the oil port downward.

⑦ A check valve shall be installed between the pump and the accumulator to prevent the oil in the accumulator from flowing back into the pump and back to the mailbox when the pump stops working, causing accidents.

⑧ A stop valve shall be installed between the accumulator and the system, which is used for inflation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance or long-term shutdown.

⑨ After the accumulator is installed, it shall be filled with inert gas. It is strictly forbidden to fill with oxygen, hydrogen, compressed air or other flammable gases.

⑩ Gas must be released during assembly, disassembly and handling.

Assembly of airbag

When inflating, the air bag first expands at the upper part with the largest diameter and the thinnest wall thickness, then gradually expands at the lower part, pushing the air bag outward to the side wall of the shell, and at the same time, the air bag fills the entire container. The friction between the outer wall of the air bag and the dry shell is very large, which will cause uneven deformation of the air bag when inflating, and rupture due to excessive local tension. Therefore, a small amount of hydraulic oil should be poured into the shell before assembly, and the oil should be evenly coated on the inner wall of the shell to form an oil cushion between the inner wall of the shell and the outer wall of the airbag. When the airbag is deformed, it can play a lubricating role between the airbag and the shell.

Before assembling the airbag, apply hydraulic oil to the outer wall of the airbag, and discharge and fold the air in the airbag. At this time, screw the auxiliary tool pull rod into the inflation valve seat of the airbag, and then install it into the housing through the large opening at the lower end of the housing. Pull out the pull rod at the upper end of the housing, and then remove the pull rod and install the round nut to fix the airbag on the housing.
